Section 21, Township 6 North, Range 67 West.  Highways 392 & 257, Weld, Colorado.  Land on which Windsor is located originally belonged to a Mr. Hollister.  It is believed he gave the cemetery land to the First Methodist Church in the early 1880's.  This cemetery is still in use.  The Windsor Town Clerk is the custodian of the records.  Stones read in 1975.
